Terms governing the use and licensing of EdemaAI software and API services.
1. Service Licensing
EdemaAI grants partner brands a non-exclusive, revocable license to embed and display our AI Recommendation Engine and Virtual Try-On widgets on their authorized storefronts during active subscription or trial periods.
2. Free Trial & Subscriptions
The 1-month free trial provides full functional access to selected models. Following the trial, continued access requires an active monthly subscription (Rs. 5,000/mo for Edema Match, Rs. 10,000/mo for Edema Mirror, or Rs. 13,500/mo for the Full Suite). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no penalty.
3. Cosmetic Guidance Disclaimer
EdemaAI's skincare recommendation algorithms are designed solely as cosmetic discovery tools based on ingredient matching. They do not constitute medical advice or clinical diagnosis.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
